Military Religious Exemption for the Mandatory Covid Vaccine

Quick Note: The military is mandating Comirnaty, which is at least legally distinct from the Pfizer EUA vaccine.  You cannot be forced to receive an EUA vaccine without the President’s order as it’s considered experimental.  There is precedent on this based on anthrax case law.  They can bully you all they want but you have a legal right to ONLY receive Comirnaty in order to comply.  And currently Comirnaty is not available in the US.

MILITARY EXEMPTION PROCESS
1. Memo (click here for Ryan’s packet)
2. Counseling with Chaplain (Unit’s OR any chaplain – doesn’t have to be Catholic)
3. Medical counseling (do NOT need an appointment for this) 
4. Counseling with Command
5. Once submitted, can take 30-60 days before receive an approval or disapproval
(if “in process” they cannot punish you for misconduct)
